It’s never any fun when something breaks and you need to have it fixed. At A1 Jon is the person you talk to when that happens but with Jon’s help we approach repair a little differently.
It’s Jon’s responsibility to coordinate with our manufactures and service technicians to diagnose your specific service need to get you back up and running as quickly as possible. Jon will review your service history, the product you own, is it under warranty, is a one-time thing or re-occurring and how quickly do you need your mower or tool back. Jon takes all of these factors into account to before he recommends a course of action.
If a shop visit is required, Jon have several unique solutions to keep your down time to a minimum such as prioritized service levels, loaner and rental programs and extended hours during the prime repair season.
In fact, one of the unique characteristics about Jon is he welcomes the opportunity to stay in contact with each of service customers when a repair us underway because he’s learned that keeping our customers informed about their repair timeline is the very best way earn our customers respect.
When not at A1 Power Equipment, Jon enjoys participating in Intermural soccer, disc golf, spending time with family and friends and exercising his dogs, Theo and Wall-e.
Jon is currently working on an Industrial Supervisor degree from the University of Southern Indiana. Jon also enjoys the finer things in life like long walks on the beach, sitting in front of the fireplace on a cold rainy day with a glass of fine wine and cigar.
